APCIS: Tokyo MoU inspection database

APCIS, the Asia-Pacific Computerized Information System, is the inspection database of the Tokyo MoU . Section 6.6 of the Memorandum locates it in the Russian Federation, and the information centre runs in Moscow under the Ministry of Transport. Every inspection by the 22 member Authorities is entered in it, and it computes the Ship Risk Profile and inspection window used by the New Inspection Regime, applied since 1 January 2014.
