The Association of Ship Brokers and Agents (USA) Inc., ASBA, is the New York based trade association of ship brokers and agents that holds the copyright to the New York Produce Exchange time charter forms, including NYPE 2015 , and to the ASBATANKVOY tanker voyage charter. It revised the NYPE form as the Asbatime form in 1981 and co-authored NYPE 93 and NYPE 2015 with BIMCO, the latter also with the Singapore Maritime Foundation.
