The IMO bridge alert management performance standard MSC.302(87): alert priorities, central alert management and its application date.
Bridge alert management (BAM) is the IMO performance standard for the harmonized presentation, handling and prioritization of alerts on the navigating bridge, adopted as resolution MSC.302(87) on 17 May 2010. It applies through the type-approval rule in SOLAS regulation V/18 and covers central alert management human-machine interfaces installed on the bridge on or after 1 July 2014.
