INTERTANKO Bunker Compliance Clause

The INTERTANKO Bunker Compliance Clause for Time Charterparties, dated 7 December 2018, is the tanker-market counterpart to the BIMCO 2020 sulphur clauses. Charterers warrant bunkers of sufficient quantity and quality to meet the MARPOL Annex VI sulphur and quality limits and the SOLAS flashpoint rule, and indemnify owners.
