ISO 13739:2020 bunker transfer procedures

ISO 13739:2020, Petroleum products: Procedures for the transfer of bunkers to vessels, is the international standard for bunkering procedure between supplier and receiving ship. The 2020 edition replaced ISO 13739:2010.
