Singapore’s bunkering standards are the Singapore Standards and Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) rules governing bunker supply in Singapore. They cover quality management, delivery by tank gauging and by mass flow meter, and digital documentation.
The full article will cover SS 524 on quality management, SS 600:2022 on delivery by tank gauging, and SS 648:2024 on mass flow metering, mandated from 1 April 2025 by Port Marine Circular No. 12 of 2024.
