THETIS: the Paris MoU inspection database
THETIS is the EMSA-hosted port State control information system that records every Paris MoU inspection and calculates each ship's risk profile daily.
THETIS is the port State control information system hosted and operated by the European Maritime Safety Agency in Lisbon. It went live on 1 January 2011 with the Paris MoU New Inspection Regime, records every inspection by the member Authorities, and calculates each ship’s risk profile and inspection priority.
