THETIS-MRV: EU MRV Reporting Platform
THETIS-MRV is the EMSA platform on which shipping companies file EU MRV monitoring plans, emissions reports and documents of compliance.
THETIS-MRV is the reporting platform, run by the European Maritime Safety Agency, on which shipping companies, verifiers and administering authorities handle the documents required by the EU MRV Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2015/757 as amended by Regulation (EU) 2023/957. Under Article 3 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2599, a shipping company’s country of registration for EU ETS attribution is the one recorded in THETIS-MRV.
